~ UNH's Goumas takes Top Rookie honor; BU's Millan tabbed as Top Goalie ~

Nyquist scored 10 goals and added four assists for 14 points.. He recorded
four power play goals, two short-handed goals and one game-winner.
Opened February with a hat trick at New Hampshire and followed that up
with a goal the following night to finish the weekend with four goals. He
buried three goals and an assist in weekend split with Vermont. Nyquist
had two of Maine's three goals including the game-winner in Maine's win
over UMass-Lowell on Feb. 19 and followed that up with a goal and three
assists in weekend week of No. 4 Merrimack. He notched points in seven
of eight games in February and scored at least one goal in six of the
eight games.

Millan earned a 5-2-1 record with a 2.09 GAA and .936 save
percentage overall in the month, to go along with a 5-0-1 mark
during league play in February with a 1.47 GAA and a .954 save
percentage over those six contests. Millan posted first shutout of
the year on Feb. 19 at Providence and allowed a single goal in
three other contests in the month. He stopped 99 of 100 shots
during one stretch.

Kevin Goumas - New Hampshire

Goumas scored 11 points in eight contests with four goals and
seven assists. He registered a point in six of eight games with
three multi-point games. Goumas netted the game-winning goal
against Maine on Feb. 4 and scored the game-tying goal against
Northeastern on Feb. 25.
