Poulin finished the month of March with nine points (4g, 5a) in three games
for the Terriers, including a four-point (2g,2a) effort against Cornell in the
NCAA Tournament (2g,2a) on March 10 and a three-point effort in the
WHEA semifinal win vs. Boston College on March 3rd at the Hyannis Youth
and Community Center. She notched multiple points in all three games
for the Terriers in the month.

WHEA GOALTENDER OF THE MONTH |
Genevieve Lacasse - Providence College
Senior Goaltender; Scarborough, Ont. |
Lacasse went 1-1 on the month with a 0.75 GAA and a .978
save percentage in two games. She led the Friars to within 7.7
seconds of the Hockey East Championship. Lacasse shut out No.
7 Northeastern, 2-0, in the semifinals on March 3 in Hyannis by
stopping all 41 shots she faced (including 15 in the third period).
She then halted 48 shots in the double-overtime loss to No. 9
Boston University in final on March 4. The senior broke the Hockey
East records for saves in a single tournament (127) and career
tournament saves (276).

PRO AMBITIONS ROOKIE OF THE MONTH |
Alex Carpenter - Boston College

Carpenter produced four points (3g,1a) in three postseason contests
for the Eagles, leading the team to the Frozen Four. She notched
two points (1g,1a) vs. Boston University in the league semifinals in
Hyannis, before going on to score a goal in each game in NCAA
Tournament. She notched a goal in all three games in the month for
the Eagles and amassed 14 shots in the month of March.
