HOCKEY EAST WEEKLY TOP PERFORMERS

Kristyn Capizzano, BC (Fr., F, Oakville, Ont.) In her WHEA playoff debut, Capizzano scored two goals and added two assists as Boston College routed UNH 8-1 on Friday night.

Corinne Boyles, BC (Sr., G, Wheaton, Ill.) Made 31 saves on 32 shots to help the Eagles beat UNH 8-1 on Friday night at Conte Forum.

Sarah Lefort, BU (So., F, Ormstown, Que.) Recorded a goal and an assist in BU's quarterfinal win over PC on Saturday.

Louise Warren, BU (Sr., F, Pembroke, Ont.) Posted two goals to help the Terriers beat the Friars 3-2 in quarterfinal action on Saturday.

Sarah MacDonnell, UConn (Jr., F., Quispamsis, N.B.) Broke a 0-0 tie with under 14 minutes to play to give UConn a 1-0 lead in the third period of their quarterfinal loss to Northeastern.

Meghann Treacy, Maine (Jr., G, Lake Peekskill, N.Y.) Made 46 saves in the Black Bears' 3-2 triple-overtime loss at Vermont on Saturday.

Sara Carlson, UNH (So., F., Hutchinson, Minn.) Scored 71 seconds into UNH's quarterfinal loss to BC on Friday night.

Chloe Desjardins, NU (Jr., G, Saint-Prosper, Que.) Made 26 saves on 27 shots to help NU beat UConn and advance to the WHEA Semifinals.

Brittany Esposito, NU (Sr., F, Edmonton, Alta.) Scored an unassisted goal with 1:01 remaining to give Northeasterm a 2-1 win over UConn.

Beth Hanrahan, PC (Jr., F, Poolesville, Md.) Notched her 10th goal of the season in the Friars' quarterfinal loss to BU on Saturday.

Victoria Andreakos, UVM (Fr., F, Aurora, Ont.) Had a goal and an assist in Vermont's triple-overtime win against Maine in the Hockey East Quarterfinals. She was named the game's second star and was +2 on the afternoon with nine shots.
