AROUND HOCKEY EAST: AROUND HOCKEY EAST: Boston College senior goaltender Katie Burt (Lynn, Mass.) established a new standard of 54 career wins in Women's Hockey East regular season play (54) after backstopping her Eagles to a pair of victories over league rivals Boston University and Maine. Daryl Watts (Toronto, Ont.) racked up seven points on four goals and three assists, registering back-to-back two-goal games and now has at least two points in six of her seven games this year to take the national lead in goals (10) and points (21) ... Providence swept #7 Northeastern, the Friars' first wins over the Huskies since November 2014. Madison Myers (Colchester, Vt.) stopped 78 shots in the two wins for Providence. Northeastern topped New Hampshire in its previous game on Wednesday, the Wildcats' first loss of the year ... New Hampshire took a 1-1-1 week in league play to remain in first place in the conference standings with eight points at 3-2- 1. Taylor Wenczkowski (Rochester, N.H.) picked up a point in each of the Wildcats' three outings this week, including a goal at Northeastern and assists against Maine and BU ... Vermont earned its first league sweep with a pair of road victories at Merrimack. Taylor Flaherty (Lakeville, Minn.) potted two goals and added an assist on the weekend, scoring the game-winning tally on Saturday, while Kourtney Menches (Greer, S.C.) dished out two helpers in the first two games of the season on her return from injury and Sydney Scobee (Minnetrista, Minn.) posted her first career shutout with a 30- save performance in game one.

KATIE BURT - BOSTON COLLEGE

Katie Burt (Lynn, Mass.) set a new career wins record in WHEA regular season play with her 53rd and 54th victories last weekend. In the record-setting win at against BU, she stopped a career-high 43 shots. The senior goaltender then picked up a 2-0-0 mark on the weekend, besting Maine on Sunday.

DARYL WATTS - BOSTON COLLEGE

Daryl Watts (Toronto, Ont.) racked up seven points on four goals and three assists, registering backto- back two-goal games. Watts now has at least two points in six of her seven games this year and leads the nation among all skaters in goals (10) and points (21) in just seven games.

MADISON MYERS - PROVIDENCE

Madison Myers (Colchester, Vt.) Stopped a total of 78 shots in a pair of wins on the weekend, including a career-high of 40 on Saturday, allowing just one goal in that outing. She compiled a .940 save percentage against the Huskies, helping her team improve to 3-0-0 in league play in 2017-18.

HOCKEY EAST WEEKLY TOP PERFORMERS

Caitrin Lonergan, BC (So., F; Roslindale, Mass.) Helped guides the Eagles to a 2-0-0 weekend in league play, earning five points (1g, 4a).

Rebecca Leslie, BU (Sr., F; Ottawa, Ont.) Finished the weekend with four points (2g, 2a) to help the Terriers pick up a point in WHEA play.

Corinne Schroeder, BU (Fr., G; Elm Creek, Man.) Stopped a career-high 42 shots in a 2-2 draw at New Hampshire Sunday, including 20 in the first period.

Lydia Murray, ME (So., F; St. Mary, Ont.) Scored a goal in the second period against #3 Boston College on Sunday afternoon.

Michelle Weis, ME (Fr., F; Charlottenlund, Denmark) Had the lone marker for Maine in a 2-1 contest at New Hampshire Saturday.

Carly Jackson, ME (So., G; Amherst, N.S.) Stopped 45 saves in two appearances for the Black Bears.

Taylor Wenczkowski, UNH (So., F; Rochester, N.H.) Picked up a point in each of the Wildcats' three outings this week, including a goal at Northeastern and assists against Maine and BU.

Ava Boutilier, UNH (Fr., G; Charlottetown, P.E.I.) Recorded a 1-1-1 record in league play last week, stopping 92 of 99 shots.

Christina Putigna, PC (Jr., F; Grimsby, Ont.) Scored twice and added an assist in the Friars' sweep of #7 Northeastern.
