After the teams went into the second intermission tied at 1-1, Nina Rodgers knocked in a power-play goal just 30 seconds into the third. The Terriers lead stood until 9:28 when Miano's wrister from the hash marks beat BU goaltender Erin O'Neil and tied the game.

HOW IT HAPPENED

1st, 18:59 | BU GOAL, 0-1 - Deep in the Terriers' zone, Victoria Bach banked the puck off the boards and Deziray De Souza picked it up, playing a pass ahead to Rebecca Leslie. Leslie skated through the neutral zone and into the BC end, cutting across near the top the circles before putting a wrist shot back across her path that beat Katie Burt and gave BU a 1-0 lead heading into the first intermission.

2nd, 00:58 | BC GOAL, 1-1 (PPG) - With BC opening the second period on a power play, the Eagles got on the board and tied it up as the first groupings' shifts expired. BU cleared down to Katie Burt, who looked up and caught the Terriers with no players on the far side of the ice as both teams were making a change. She connected with Caitrin Lonergan coming on in front of the BC bench, springing a 3-on-0 into the BU end. Lonergan picked up Daryl Watts and the two traded passes as they skated through the slot before Watts ended up with the final pass and slid the puck under BU goaltender Erin O'Neil to make it 1-1.

3rd, 00:30 | BU GOAL, 1-2 (PPG) - The Terriers opened the third period on the man-advantage and converted just 30 seconds in. Leslie started the play at the low point, feeding Abby Cook across the blue line. Her shot from the point was blocked in front and dropped right in front of Nina Rodgers on the far post who poked it in past Burt for the BU lead.

3rd, 9:28 | BC GOAL, 2-2 - After Makenna Newkirk tried to work around the net, Willow Corson picked the puck up on the half boards. She fed a pass through traffic to the other side, where Newkirk picked it up off the boards and fed Toni Ann Miano at the point. Miano deked around a Terrier and then took the space given her, roofing a wrist shot past O'Neil from the hash marks to even it up at 2-2.
