DURHAM, N.H. - Senior defender Julia Fedeski (Algonquin Highlands, Ontario) scored on a shot from the right faceoff dot one minute and 17 seconds into overtime as the University of New Hampshire defeated Yale by a score of 3-2 on Sunday afternoon.

Fedeski's shot was her second game winner of the season, and gave the Wildcats their third overtime win of the season, and their second win in a row. Fedeski was assisted by Devan Taylor (North Billerica, Mass.) who had a multi-point game tallying two assists and a goal on the afternoon.

The first two Wildcat goals came from Taylor in the first period, and Nicole Dunbar (Coto De Caza, Calif.) on the power play in the second period.

The Wildcats are now 3-0-5 when the game is sent to overtime, and are 21-0-1 against the Yale Bulldogs all-time. UNH got their sixth home win of the season, putting their home record 6-2-3.

Freshman goaltender Ava Boutilier (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island) started in net and stopped 22 of 24 shots faced. The win improves her record to 7-6-5 on the season.
