-Sara Hjalmarsson (Bankeryd, Sweden) was assessed a five-minute major and game misconduct for hitting from behind in the opening 2:50 of play. The Friars were able to kill the penalty as both teams skated through the opening twenty scoreless.
-Bailey Burton (Bloomington, Minn.) kicked things off for the Friars with a power-play goal at 3:46 of the second period. Burton was assisted by Lauren DeBlois (Lewiston, Maine) and Mireille Kingsley (Sudbury, Ontario) on her second goal of the season. The goal served as the game-winner.
-Ciara Barone (North... , N.Y.) netted the second goal of the period for the Friars, 2-0, at 10:56. Barone drove it home off from point-blank off a pass from Lindsay Bochna (Toronto, Ontario). Lily Hendrikson (Edina, Minn.) earned the secondary assist on the play.
-This is the second consecutive game in which Barone and Burton have both netted goals.
-Hayley Lunny (Bedford, N.Y.) added an empty-netter for the Friars, 3-0, in the final 22 seconds of play. Lunny was assisted by Caroline Peterson (East Falmouth, Mass.)
-On her first career shutout, Mireille Kingsley finished the night with 18 saves.
-The Friars outshot the Warriors, 32-18.
