NOTES

- Both teams skated through the first 20 minutes scoreless. Mireille Kingsley (Sudbury, Ontario) recorded 10 saves as the Tigers outshot the Friars, 10-6.

- Princeton struck first with a second period goal at 10:25 by Mia Coene, sister of Providence's Maddy Coene (Clayton, N.Y.). The Tigers carried a 1-0 lead into the second intermission.

- The Friars pulled Kingsley just under the three-minute mark for the extra-man. Caroline Peterson (East Falmouth, Mass.) found the equalizer for the Friars in the final 51 seconds of play, assisted by Lauren DeBlois (Lewiston, Maine) to send the teams into overtime, 1-1.

- Sara Hjalmarsson (Bankeryd, Sweden) earned a minor for tripping at the 3:03 mark of overtime. The Friars skated man-down for the remainder of extra-time but Kingsley was able to keep the Tigers off the board, tallying four saves.

- Kingsley recorded 30 saves for a .968 save percentage on the night.
