BURLINGTON, Vt. - Kelly Browne scored a game-winning goal 1 minute, 18 seconds into overtime to lift the #15 Boston College women's hockey team past #14 Vermont, 4-3, on Saturday afternoon at Gutterson Fieldhouse.
The Eagles took a 2-0 lead midway through the first period after power-play goals from Cayla Barnes and Kate Ham. Vermont then sandwiched two Theresa Schafzahl strikes around a Hannah Bilka tally to make it a 3-2 game heading into the third period. After Vermont equalized with seven minutes to play, Browne earned the win for the Eagles in overtime.

- Vermont had the 43-24 lead in shots on goal.
- The Eagles went 2-for-4 on the power play while the Catamounts went 1-for-6.
