BOSTON, Mass. - With 10 different Huskies registering points, the No. 5 Northeastern women's hockey team powered past the Boston University Terriers, 4-0, on Senior Day at Matthews Arena. Senior netminders Gwyneth Philips and Alexa Matses combined for NU's 10th shutout of the season.

Northeastern honored the stellar careers of Alexa Matses, Kate Holmes, Maude Poulin-Labelle, Chloé Aurard, Mia Brown, Maureen Murphy and Alina Mueller.

The Huskies picked up their 30th win of the season against the Terriers, just the third-ever 30-win season in program history. It marks the first time the Huskies have reached the 30-win mark in the regular season.

- In near identical fashion to Friday night, the Huskies took a 1-0 lead in the first period off a power-play tally. Senior Katy Knoll notched the goal with assists from graduate students Alina Mueller and Maureen Murphy. Murphy's assist was her 100th career assist.

- Northeastern had a two-goal second period, including another power-play tally. Junior Molly Griffin put NU up 2-0 with her second goal of the season with assists from graduate student Mia Brown and junior Lily Yovetich.

- Brown then got a tally of her own on the power-play with under three minutes to go in the frame. Sophomore Skylar Irving and graduate student Maude Poulin-Labelle claimed assists on Brown's goal.

- In the final stanza, senior Peyton Anderson closed out the scoring with her ninth goal of the season, a new career-high. Freshman Lily Shannon picked up an assist.

- Philips made 21 saves in goal, while Matses came on in relief for the final 3:27 of game and made one save.

- The Huskies outshot the Terriers, 49-22, including a 26-3 edge in the second frame.

The Huskies will now turn their attention to the Hockey East tournament as they prepare to host a quarterfinal matchup on Saturday, Feb. 25 at 2 p.m.
