AMESBURY, Mass. - The Hockey East Association is proud to announce 185 student-athletes have been named to the league’s 2022-23 Women’s All-Academic Team, tying the record number set just last season. Each student-athlete achieved a grade point average of 3.0 or better in each academic period during which they were actively competing in Hockey East.

Additionally, 22 players, including four goaltenders, eight defensemen, and 10 forwards, earned the prestigious honor of being named Hockey East’s Top Scholar-Athlete, compiling a perfect 4.0 GPA for the season.

Further, 27 players reached Distinguished Scholar status in 2022-23, having qualified for the All-Academic team in each of four seasons of varsity play, while 38 others are three-time honorees. An additional 12 players have earned All-Academic accolades for five straight years, while Ava Boutilier and Maureen Murphy, were honored for six consecutive seasons.
